Social Media Training
Social media trainings include: Get Social 101 - covering basics of social media, best practices, general statistics, strategies and examples; Social for You - a personalized training that covers some basics and statistics, but also dives into what you're already doing, what you could be doing and where you are compared to your industry standard. Both are available as half and full day sessions.
Social Media Management
24/7 social media monitoring, responding to comments and private messages, researching, creating and sharing content based on previously determined schedule (social media editorial calendar,) keeping you up to date on changes in social media that could be relevant and creating monthly reports to let you know how we’re doing and what we need to improve. This can include creating content and managing a blog as well.
Event Social Strategies
Pre-event social strategy planning and development of necessary information and materials (hashtags, QR codes, mobile apps, etc.) Promote event through social media in conjunction with traditional marketing. On-site event assistance, including social media monitoring, responding to mentions regarding event, run giveaways, etc.

Monitor social media conversations regarding candidate or issue, work with campaign manager to respond to necessary mentions. Create and maintain social media presence for campaign. Coordinate social campaign with traditional communication efforts. Create weekly reports.
Traditional PR Assistance
In addition to any of the services above, I can also help your brand with traditional PR and marketing. Social marketing is just a tool in a brand's overall marketing strategy and without a general marketing plan, the social side can fail. These traditional efforts can include press releases, corporate and business partnerships, coalition building and media relations.
